Reservation Information

Reservations can be made over the phone. For phone reservations please call us at 212-226-4073. Final appointments for the day are taken one hour before our scheduled closing time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment session.

Cancellation Policy

Revival the spa requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Multiple service appointment requires a credit card to hold your reservation. A no-show will result in a charge to your credit card for the amount of services. If you are using a gift certificate, it will be voided.

Gift certificates

Revival the Spa gift certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion. Certificates are available for Spa Packages, individual treatments, or any dollar amount. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time services are rendered. Lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaced or valid.

Packages

Packages cannot be split up or shared between clients. No double discounting! Only one discount available at a time.
